Forever Changes

Thats the name of a wonderful album of the 60s by a lesser known band, simply called 'Love'. I use the title to announce this change in the look of this blog. It has resulted from the feedback, I have been receiving from my readers. The last one appeared in my previous post by a 'Smiling Dolphin' and I decided that I cant go on troubling peoples eyes, specially those of a Smiling Dolphin.

Try listening to the album. If you find difficulties finding it, you can always come to me.

Love the new look. Just yesterday as I was reading your Machiavelli post, I began to wonder if anyone else was having problems reading the text too.

the new look is nice, but some how i don't place this as very 'meraj'.

i could be wrong, i haven't seen you in a few years now...

blaiq,
am glad it turned you into a smiling blaiq.

two with nature (i love this usage!),

i briefly touched upon the subject of transition of old 'meraj'. lets meet up soon, for you to figure out.

I love it!

Like "two wiht nature" pointed out it is not very 'meraj' but that's exactly why i love the new look!

It is young, vibrant and happy!

Superb stuff - vibrant, earthy, monsoon-soaked, red earth & pouring rain colours these are.

Let's meet up sometime. We've been threatening to do that for the longest. But now this change certainly calls for it.

haan, I agree. Small changes are always good. Only the big ones seem scary.

The look is nice, very open and honest, clean, optimistic & happy. Just as Pooja said. The new Meraj!

am glad that all of you all are liking this new look (but where is the smiling dolphin who trigerred this?)

and i understand what you mean by the scariness of a big change, mr bojangles.

cheers!

hi meraj, finally found a few minutes for my laptop. your earlier template was a 'visual delight'. this one probably suits your nature better - it's clean and honest - that i get from the comments on this page. but it's not great to look at. if you just worked on the point sizes and fonts a bit, your earlier template was still great. glad you watched amadeus and gene :-), i haven't seen manhattan yet...or the latest hari puttar, sigh, too much travelling, it's making my old bones creak. cheers, lynn

hey lynn
personally, even i like the previous template. do you dig harry potter? somehow, i never got on to it.
and skip travelling...now you should talk about the windfall :)

Smiling Dolphin said...

I used to like Harry once when I was young and foolish :-). As for the windfall, well it wasn't actually a windfall for me, hardly made a dent actually since I have too much and my needs are too little. I'll probably end up giving it all away. I never go after money, but it just has a way of finding me, it's really so odd. Balki and I always differ on this, though we agree on many other things :-)
